I learned to meditate over 30 years ago using the Transcendence Technique. Since then, I've explored many other approaches and now blend these methods together when leading my classes. I'm passionate about meditation and love sharing not only the practice itself but also the science that explains why and how it works.

I spent my working life in Sales and Marketing, industries known for their fast paced challenges. Meditation helped me stay calm, focused, energised and consistently productive. In today's high-stress work environment, I believe meditation is a powerful tool for maintaining mental clarity, reducing anxiety and boosting overall productivity.
